Entertain the imagination with a nice voice reading aloud a classic whether its a winding tale of men trying to cope with the flighty female ideals and romantic expectations through the pages of a Jane Austen classic or the suspenseful intrigue in a John Grisham novel.
Activity coordinators can encourage residents to join in to listen together and participate in a trivia quiz afterwards. Many people will remember books that were their favourites, or have favourite authors. To be able to share that with others could be very pleasant and enjoyable as a group activity or a quiet in-room discussion.
